I want to add my Apple Card with my bank. I need the address and zip number

That has to do with the information for your bank. If you open Wallet, select the Apple Card, then tap on the three dots in the upper right corner. Scroll down to Bank Accounts to add your bank as a payment method. It is probably asking for the address for your bank. You should have that information.
