Is it possible to edit/customize iPhone dark mode?

On my MacBook dark mode is great, and the dark background with white/light text looks very nice.

On my iPhone 12 (and previously XR) dark mode is kinda great, but the blue text on black background looks awful. If it were white or light grey it would be much more appealing.

I don't suppose that there is way to customize this?

I suspect not.
