I was wondering if anyone knows how to turn off both the "Always" and "Only while iPhone 11 is locked" features under the SILENCE section of DND? my calls and notifications are silenced and I don't want them to be silenced ever!! How can that be turned off?? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank You.

Those features only work if you have Do Not Disturb turn on, if you have it on turn it off.

Like I said before, those feature only works if you have Do Not Disturb turned ON.
IF it is turned off it won't have any affect on your phone.
