how do i disable the Silence feature??
in the do not disturb section there is a Silence section
two options
1. ALWAYS
2. WHILE PHONE IS LOCKED
incoming calls and notification will be silenced while phone is locked
point 2 is ticked but i cannot turn this off
I DONT WANT THEM SILENCED

Those feature don't mater if Do Not Disturb is not turned on.
If this is happening for unknown callers, then you will need to disable silence unknown callers, in phone settings.

Start with a Restart:
Restart your iPhone, and see if it then is fixed.
phone wont ring
