I just missed my cut off for free Apple TV for a year by a few days

I just recently purchased an IPhone 11 Pro. Is there a way you will allow me to access it again for free for 1 year? Please and thank you!!

This happened to me. I tried to get it a few times and it didn’t work and only offered 7 days. Got the reminder email then when I tried the offer had expired. The reminder email wasn’t that helpful as it didn’t tell me the cut off date. I did an online chat with support but they wouldn’t help.

I wondered if you managed to get anywhere.
