I purchased an Apple Time Capsule 3TB a couple years ago ... I bought it because the salesman suggested it but I never really knew what it was for up until now
Ive tried to set it up but it is asking me for a password and I don't have the papers from the box anymore, I still have the box for my insurance purposes but it doesn't have a password on the box
is there anyway you can help me

Let's start over again from the beginning. We'll need to ask some questions to understand how things are set up now and what changes will need to be made to get things working correctly.
What is the make and model number of your modem?
Will you be using the MacBook Pro listed in your profile to set up and configure the Time Capsule?
The Time Capsule is capable of providing a wireless network. Do you need this feature of an additional wireless network?.....or.....will you be continuing to use the current WiFi network that you already have set up?
