Quicken and Family tree data is not stored???
I would like to double check my assumptions.....Quicken and family tree data are not stored because these are not apple products?

I think I got confused because the QFX was not a listed extension. When you are 72 it's easy to get confused. So thank you for your reinforcement. I'm tired of saving to discs. And Rush raves about icloud but he uses apple computers, I don't.
Baloney. Of course the data is stored. How could these applications work without storing the data created by them? Where did you hear such nonsense? Their data files are stored where the user told them to store it, such as a hard drive or in the cloud.
I use both Quicken and Family Tree by the way. Part of the iCloud service includes iCloud Drive which works almost exactly like Microsoft’s OneDrive cloud service.
