2020 MacBook Pro purchase does not connect to apple monitor using Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adaptor - I have unplugged and replugged. Monitor Works fine with my 2014 Mac Air. The Device detect button does not stay illuminated when pressed. HELP!
