How does one move a folder out of an existing folder in bookmarks?

hi Joesbookmarks,

you need to open the safari sidebar then drag and drop the folder from where it is to where you want it to go.

Bookmarks sub folders I want to delete the sub folders from ny safari in the bookmarks but when you see the last one that is were all my bookmarks are.
