is it good to charge up iPhone 12 pro max with 30 wt adapter always ?does it will harm the battery to use always 30 wt adapter like charging the phone whole night?

This is a user-to-user forum; Apple will not answer you. But other users will. It won’t do any harm to charge the phone with the 30 watt adapter, as the charging rate is controlled by the phone. OTOH, if you are charging overnight it doesn’t matter what you use as a power source, as it will be at 100% in the morning, even with a 5 watt “cube” or a 7.5 watt Qi charger.
