I recently got an iPhone 12 and setting up an Apple ID takes forever. I tried restart, change wifi, wait (cca 2 hours then restart) and no result. Is really problem on my side? Can you help me, please?

Try completely shutting down the phone and after a minute or so, restart. Skip the Apple ID setup. Finish setting up the phone and then do the Apple ID setup.
