I have an old subscription still coming out

I’ve contacted the app of the subscriber after I cancelled and they’ve said to contact Apple because it’s all cancelled on there side.

Its been coming out for months now and I’ve contacted my bank aswell but they can’t stop it because it’s been authorised.

Does anyone know what to do?
