Issues With a Refund
Hi! I have a question. On September 25, I was charged $61.45 for an app subscription that was an accident. I thought I got the issue resolved as Apple said the money was refunded, but it has not been refunded; so trying to resolve this through Apple’s “request a refund” option is not working. During that time period, I had to change my card, and looking back at the receipt I realize that it was refunded to the old card. I haven’t been able to figure out how to fix this. If someone can help me, that’d be great. Thanks!
