iPhone memory

I’m paying monthly for 50GB of memory but my phone says my memory is full at 15.7G and phone only has 16G available. Please help me out here. What do I do?

Delete stuff off of your phone.

Icloud storage is online backup and has nothing to do with the storage on your iphone.
