hi
since i start to use the new 12 pro, my outgoing and incoming calls keep cutting off.
I ve called vodafone and confirmed their networks all fine, and my other friends with vodafone said the same.
so the only thing i can wonder is the problem with my new handset. any idea and tips to solve this problem for me?

This surely seems like your carrier issue, even if they do not admit. Change the carrier and check, please. Or you may borrow a SIM from a friend of yours from a different carrier that will give you some lead.

Calls cutting off? I presume, you mean to say that you are not able to make or receive calls.
