unable to boot external ssd after disable security feature 2020 imac 27inch 5k

I can not boot a external ssd with Mojave from my iMac 27inch 5k 2020 computer

with the security feature turn to boot an external boot drive and no security enabled.

You cannot boot a version of macOS older than what your iMac was shipped with. The only way to run Mojave on a 2020 iMac would be as a VM in Parallels Desktop, VMWare Fusion or VirtualBox.
