I’ve made several tags in iPadOS now and am restructuring my organization. Is there a way to recollect the tags that I have already made?

A file can be assigned a different tag (with a different colour) - however, other than changing the name of a tag, it is not possible to edit an existing tag.

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question. Can you tell us more about these tags? Were they created for the Mail app?
