Mail App on iPhone

I tend to check my emails when I wake up and because I was so sleepy, I accidentally moved all of my emails from 5 different emails to the archive. To make matters worse, I couldn’t figure out how to fix it and I accidentally sent ALL emails to one of my gmail accounts. Is there a way to put all emails back to their correct inboxes?

Email boxes. On my iPhone 14, my email is from Yahoo/ATT. Every day I get 15 to 30 emails. Most are junk. But of all the emails, about 80% go to Archives, the rest to my Inbox. I’d prefer they all go to my Inbox where I can sort them. How can I do that?

Mail APP deleted everything I have used the mail APP on all my Apple devices for years. Today I was on my iPhone 12 Pro Max , which I’ve had for about a week, and emails kept disappearing from my inbox. Then I checked for my saved emails that were stored in many folders and all my saved emails were gone! I mainly use a gmail account. I looked at advanced settings and there was no option about deleting messages after 7 days. The emails are gone from all locations - iPad, iPhone, and MacBook. I logged into gmail through the web and checked the folders and all was gone. This is a serious issue.
