No more 30 pin to lightning adapters?

I need a 30 pin to lightning adapter, the cord version not the little brick, to play music in my 2009 Audi A4. The car comes with a standard 12V to 30 pin which is kept in the glovebox (I hate the location of the aux), which lets me connect and charge my phone as well as have access to the menus on the screen in my car for choosing music, etc. I notice that there are no more 30 pin to lightning adapters carried in stores, and my last one just broke. Where can I get my hands on a few of these?
