Tried everything it seems, restating, wiping device. Keep getting a no internet error even though wifi is working with every other feature on the watch. Tried deleting the update and re-downloading multiple times.

Thanks but I tried wiping my watch and starting over. Check wifi connections, restarting etc. none of that is working.
New Apple Watch SE 2020 will not update to 7.0.2
