Cannot unpair Apple watch se

I want to unpair my Apple Watch SE from my phone. According to the instructions I need to so that in iWatch app - All Watches - Unpair the watch in question. However, there is no such menu (All Watches) at all.

Now I cannot return the watch to the seller (as the band is faulty).
