Hi, no error messages - just restarting but the reminder comes back.

Where are you trying to update from? The Apple App Store?
Through System Preference Alert
First off how much empty space is on the drive?
If less than at least 20+ GB it will not install and will not alert you to the lack of empty space
my mac will not update to 10.15.7
