Emoji

Is there an emoji on Apple devices available with current version for a soldier, salute, military related? I see police, air/pilot, astronaut, and UK guard but no USA military related emoji. It would be nice to have available male/female and black/brown/white version of each USA military branch either saluting and/or in ACU uniform and/or dress blues

Apple does not decide what becomes an emoji.

The Unicode Consortium does that:
