iMac late 2009..update to High Sierra?
Have iMac late 2009 10.11.6 El Capitan. Should I upgrade to High Sierra? Is High Sierra still supported with security updates?

yes, i would recommend upgrading. from my understanding, high sierra will no longer be supported after the big sur launch. but it's still worth upgrading. if you upgrade now, make sure to again check for software updates that can be applied after the OS upgrade.
