ipone 11 pro max

Hi

I have recently upgraded my iPhone 8 plus to the iPhone 11 pro max and today when my iPhone 11 pro max started vibrating because it was ringing it fell of my kitchen window seal and into my sink under a running tap. I quickly grabbed the phone out of the sink (the quickest I've ever moved in my life lol) took the case of and dried it with a towel. After I dried my new phone it worked perfectly fine for several hours but now nothing seems to want to work on the phone. When I try and open apps like facebook or games I just have a black screen when I open the apps and I have the same black screen when trying to open my calender, calculator, photos and all the other apps that already installed on to the phone when new, face id still working as is having a normal screen where I can see all the apps and I cant even get the phone to turn off. I cant make out why from the time it fell in then got dried off it was working fine and was still working fine right until about 20:15 pm I put the phone down for 10 mins then nothing wants to work. I have had it sitting in a bag of rice on the radiator since 21:25 pm I checked it an hour and 30 minutes late and still nothing. Can someone please help/advise me on this please.
