These are volunteer user to user forums. Nobody here has any inside knowledge of “why” anything is with regards to Apple and their products. As the saying goes “it is what it is”.
Apple only ships the devices specific to a region to the stores in that region.
New physical dual SIM iPhones are only available at stores in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao. And the stores there do not ship internationally.
Anywhere and everywhere else you’re only going to be able to buy new devices, from Apple or from Apple Authorized Sellers, with a single physical SIM + eSIM devices.
How can I buy this one of Hong Kong to the US?
