Latest IOS14.1 update causes my iPhones7+ problems

If either the speaker phone button or microphone button are dimmed when attempting to record, we'd recommend creating a backup of your iPhone to ensure you data is saved: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Once a backup is created Get support by phone or chat, set up a repair, or make a Genius Bar reservation for your iPhone.
