If you sync reminders with iCloud, Go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID and password. Then click on Account Settings. In the lower left corner under Advanced, you have the option to restore reminders to a previous version. You need to do this on a computer.

If you don’t sync reminders with iCloud, you may be able to restore reminders if they are included on your backup. You would have to restore the backup to recover the reminders. When you restore a backup, you overwrite the current connects on the phone with the data and settings in the backup.
