Airpods disconnecting issue

I replaced my airpods but still it’s disconnecting... airpods and mobile both are updated...still I’m facing this disconnecting problem... it is irritating me...I’m facing this issue after update the iOS 14.... in iOS 13 it was works perfectly...in 5 mins my airpods disconnecting more than 10 times🙄 how I can use this...
