Thanks for your post. If you've struggled to stop this message about updating your Apple Watch, we've got your back.
For this issue, check and test on the following:
- Have you tried to restart both devices? If not, we'd recommend to restart your paired iPhone: Restart your iPhone and then your Apple Watch: How to restart your Apple Watch
- Does the Apple Watch need to be charged? Make sure it's connected to the charger or charged to 100%.
- Is the Apple Watch connected to Wi-Fi? Check in Control Center, by swiping up from the bottom of your screen. Then check under Wi-Fi. If so, try to forget the network on your paired iPhone. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > select the 'i' next to your network > Forget Network. Then join it again and restart both devices once more to test it out.
