How does a refund work with a merchant you used Apple Pay for?

I do not have an Apple Card or Apple Cash. Apple Pay uses my credit card.

I paid for this order online via a shopping app with Apple Pay. I need the refund to go to my credit card on file with my Apple Pay. Is that where it will go?

Goes back to your card, you'll most likely see it in the next bank statement you get.

I also disagree with the requirements for Apple Pay Specialty Level 2
