iPhone finance with Barclays partner finance

I have recently Financed an iPhone 11, thinking I was joining the upgrade scheme..

if I was to trade in my iPhone for the new iPhone 12 will I be charged for the original iPhone 11 still and the iPhone 12 or will it wipe my iPhone 11 bill?

You will still have to settle your outstanding balance with Barclay Bank. You have a consumer loan from them, not Apple. Once you walked out of the store with the iPhone 11, Apple was no longer involved with your loan at all - it is an independent personal consumer debt you have with Barclay.
