1 years free Apple TV not activated?

I purchased a MacBook Pro in July and was offered 1 year Apple TV for free, unfortunately it hasn’t been activated and now is offering me a month free.
How can this be resolved?

User of new Apple devices have to redeem their year offer within three months. After that, that offer is not longer available to them, and instead only the standard 7 day trial period will be available for new subscribers. I’m not aware of any month free offer.
