Music app

How can I shuffle all the songs I have from an artist including the collaborations they are on from my library? Whenever I look for the artist in the search bar I see a section for songs, I see all the songs, including the collaborations they’ve done but it only plays the same song over and over it doesn’t shuffle all the songs or even go through all the songs in order. Is there a setting I have wrong??

Open the Apple Music app or iTunes.
Play a song, album, or playlist.
At the top of the window, you can: Click the Shuffle button. to turn shuffle on or off. Click the Repeat button. to repeat an album or playlist, repeat a song, or turn repeat off.
