Apple ID Security Questions

I haven't used my Apple ID in years. Can't remember security questions. When I try to reset, I receive a message that I haven't provided enough information? What can I do?

Here is the exact message I receive -

Cannot Reset Security Questions

We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.
