GarageBand IOS 14 not working

Why is GarageBand not working in All IOS 14 updates on my iPhone 8 not sure for anyone else on any different devices

IOS 16: podcast app stuck on “updating library” I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, rebooting etc. nothing works since I updated to IOS 16.1.1 when I open the app all I get is “updating library”, it’s been nearly 2 days. Any fix for this?
