Hi,
it means your MacBook Air can't find macOS to boot.
Resetting NVRAM could solve the problem.

If it doesn't help, try to boot in Recovery mode then run Disk First Aid of DiskUtility.

That is cannot find a system folder from which to boot. Try booting with Command-R pressed for Recovery Mode.
