My audio streaming from Apple TV to HomePod speakers will work fine one day, then echo the next. Help!

I have two HomePods in the same room set up in stereo. My Apple TV will work fine streaming the audio to the speakers one day, then the next day it will echo. Sometimes recalibrating the audio in general settings will work and other days it will not. What’s going on can anyone help?

"Home hub not connected" HomeKit error The Home app now persistently states that the home hub is not connected, with the usual issues for automations. This has been an issue for the last 48 hours or so - not connected to any obvious software update. I have three home hubs - Apple TV 4K and two HomePods. I have: followed all of the instructions on Apple's page on troubleshooting this issue rebooted all of them signed out of iCloud and back in again on all of them checked that the software is updated on all of them rebooted my router. And it still doesn't work. All three are listed as "standby" in the Home app (on iPhone and iPad. I've rebooted both of those as well, and checked that the OS is up to date). I have also disabled the AppleTV as a hub, at which point it shows as such in the Home app, but the HomePods don't pick up as the hub even after power-cycling them. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this, as it is more than somewhat annoying? [Topic listed as AppleTV because Apple doesn't have a 'Home' topic. No idea if it is the TV or the HomePods or something else.]

Spatial Audio on Beats Studio 3 It’s not so much of a question, but a clarification of questions I have seen. I recent bought Beats Studio 3 wireless and was confused about if they had spatial audio. My AirPod Pros have a toggle on the control menu but the Beats do not. On the Apple website it does not say that it has spatial audio, but on the beatsbydre website it does list spatial audio as a feature. Before I continue, I would like to note that I think Spatial Audio and Spatial Audio with head tracking are different things. My AirPods play sound relative to the device streaming the audio (with head tracking). The Beats do not (spatial audio only). In conclusion, Beats Studio 3 Wireless do have spatial audio, and this can be tested with a simple Dolby Atmos test on YouTube. They do not have head tracking like the AirPod Pros do. Did this problem start when you installed tvOS 14? I have a problem adjusting the volume of stereo Homepods with the Siri Remote when using some apps such as Computers. I sometimes have to restart the ATV and set audio output to the Homepods again to get it to work. I have reported this to Apple and I recommend you do the same with your echo problem

Thanks. I got the 2nd homepod around the time tvOS14 came out, so I can't say for sure it's an OS issue. Incredibly frustrating because sometimes re-calibrating the audio will do the trick, and other times it won't. Will be reporting.
