How come my Apple Watch keeps “pausing “ when I’m in the workout app. I’m still walking but it will pause then I have to press resume

During my walk mode my Apple Watch will suddenly pause I have to hit the resume to start it up again

Apple Watch Ultra: workout app weird bug - cannot set upper limit for pace range When trying to select a pace range in the Workout app in the Apple Watch Ultra, it only allows me to do so in the "Lower limit". When I select "Upper Limit", the options are blank. The curious thing is that this worked before, but now it is stuck like that. I have tried rebooting the watch, removing the pace range, trying to create a different, custom workout but nothing works. I did not try unpair/resetting the watch given the hassle of redownloading music etc. - any ideas?

Apple watch I suddenly cannot swipe up or down on my Apple Watch to access torch etc. It’s working fine but it’s almost like it’s frozen when I try and swipe… I’ve tried looking through app on my phone but cannot find why …. I recently updated to a new iPhone. Don’t know if this is the reason? many ideas?
