Intercom
I can’t get intercom to work. Both my iPhone 12 pro and HomePod has the latest 14.1 update, but in the settings menu for HomePod, there is no switch to turn on/off intercom. Is there something I’m missing?

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! It seems you don't see how to enable the intercom feature for your HomePod.
Currently, intercom is only available to be used from HomePod to HomePod.
