Can I please have a New MacBook Sent to me Thy one I had recently own was recently stolen like yesterday, it had my whole life career on it. Im trying my best not to freak out but this is really really doing some damage to my life career as a Music Producer.

If your Mac is lost or stolen - Apple Support
Apple will be happy to send you a new MacBook Pro -- but not unless/until you pay the retail price for it.
It is good that Apple provides a simple backup process/capability. Your "whole life career" should be in your backup.
