i just bougth two macbooks from apple today and as i went out to eat they got stolen as someone was definitely following us from the store

My question is what will apple do to restore my stolen stuff, I have plenty of proof that it was stolen this isn;t some scam, I have the police on my side trying to find the guy and I have the report, videos of it happening, I have apple care and theft and loss care too it was purchased not less that a couple of hours ago.
