I changed the region in my Apple ID from Germany to the United States. After I did that I purchased Apple Music again, but now I cannot listen to music on my MacBook anymore because it says that my Apple Music store is invalid because it is the German one. How do I change the region for my Apple Music?

If you change your region for Apple Music all previously downloaded Apple Music content will be invalid. You should sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in to the store you want to use in future. Note that you can only access your past purchases from the German store when you are signed into it. You cannot switch stores while you have an active subscription.
