How to create private photo album not synced with iCloud

Few weeks ago I have started to use iCloud as my system to share Photos between devices. So every photo I create is shared with other devices.

Is there a way how to create just one specific album in my IPhone which is not synced with iCloud?

iCloud Photos is all or nothing. Either your complete library will sync to your other devices or nothing.

You could keep special photos in a folder outside the Photos.app by saving them as files.
