If you just purchased it take it back to the seller and have them replace it.
However, note that if you’re referring to the bottom grill on the iPhone, there is only a single speaker there. The grill covers a single speaker and a microphone. The stereo effect with sound playback is achieved by use of that single bottom speaker and the ear pice speaker together.
