Different apple ID

How do i use sidecar if i have my ipad but the mac is belongs to my company which obviously have different apple ID

Can I use Sidecar when the iCloud accounts are different? The iPad I am using is primarily used by my wife, thus has her AppleID signed into it. I want to use it occasionally as a second screen for my 2017 Macbook Pro, which uses my AppleID. I'd like to use Sidecar while having the main AppleID on the iPad to still be my wife's.
