Apple watch se auto brightness

Hello support team!

how can i set up watches to disable auto brightness?

when i am in the dark room the screen is on low brightness even if i setup full brightness.

also when i am in the dark room and turn flash on the screen of watches it became brighter.

please help me with this issue
