iPhone X top screen problem

Top part of my screen freezes frequently, and do not respond to touches. It returns to normal once I lock and unlock the mobile.

What do you think the problem is ? Hardware or software ? I have latest 11.3 IOS and once I did restored my settings too but still in same state. Any Advice is highly appreciated. Thanks

Screen continually freezes IPhone screen freezes all the time. I do the restart, it works a short time then freezes again

Iphone 6 Plus 3D Touch non-responsive The Iphone 6 Plus touch screen is starting to freeze up on me. The home button works fine. Interestingly If I heat the Iphone by placing it top of a heat source such as computer or digital box, the touch screen starts to work. And when it goes cold it will stop working. Other components works fine.
