Can't choose backup on iPhone 12 pro

I backed up my iPhone and wanted to choose it for the new iPhone 12 pro but on the pro it says iOS 14.2 required.. what do I do?

You must have 14.2 beta on your phone. The backup cannot be used until 14.2 actual iOS is released and installed on the 12

Thank you! I realized that too. I was able to use an update from before the beta 14.2 update and thankfully have my stuff :)
