Just noticed this on my iPhone 11phone. I'm aware of the Orange Dot that appears with Camera or Speaker. This is a Red Dot that is on the right side of the Wi-Fi symbol.
When an app is open, there's no dot next to the Wi-Fi Symbol. When I go back to the Home Screen the red dot comes down from the upper right screen corner and parks next to the Wi-Fi symbol.
Anyone know what this is?

I've closed every app and re-booted. The Red Dot is still there.
